WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?
Our store is located on the second floor of the Cataraqui Center in Kingston, Ontario. The shopping center address is: 945 Gardiners Rd, Kingston, ON K7M 7H4.
Our store hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Expedited Parcel Canada (Regular Shipping 3-5 days):
• $5 flat rate on all orders within Canada
Expedited Parcel U.S.A (Regular Shipping 3-6 days):
• $20 flat rate on all orders to the USA
Shipping time is not guaranteed at peak periods.
Please note: If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, the recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees which may apply through the recipient’s country. The shipping carrier will collect these additional charges from the recipient at the time of delivery.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All customized apparel is made uniquely for you and therefore considered final sale. At T-Shirt Explosion, we take great pride in the quality of our product and work. If the custom product you received differs substantially from the customization that you have created online, or if the goods are flawed (e.g. defective), you will be eligible to return the items. All we ask is that you reach out to our customer service team before returning your purchase to ensure that the return will be approved.
Any branded or 3rd party merchandise can be returned within 10 days.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE?
At T-Shirt Explosion we take great pride in the quality of our apparel. If your item is defective please forward a picture of the defective item to info@explosiontshirt.com along with your name and order # and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with further instructions.
HOW DO DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS WORK?
Any price reduction will be shown directly on the catalog and product page. If there are any global promotions (e.g. 2 T-shirts for $39), they will be shown and calculated in the shopping cart and at your checkout process.
WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR STORE IN AND HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?
T-Shirt Explosion is proud to be a Canadian company. The currency on our website is in Canadian Dollars.
